The company STROC Industrie – “Societe de Travaux de Realisation D’Ouvrages et de Construction Industrielle” – has been recently introduced to the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
Historically, STROC Industrie was created in 1989 as a maintenance company of industrial units operating initially at the SAMIR refinery in Mohammedia, Morocco.
STROC Industrie is an integrated operator in the engineering and construction sectors and plays a major role in the delivery of the industrial units and sets in Morocco.
There are 288,515 new shares which are offered to the public and the operation as a whole is reaching up to 102,999,855 MAD.
The shares of the company will be listed in the second compartment of the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
Thus, there are 288,515 new shares which are offered to the public at a price of 357 MAD per share.
The total amount of the transaction is, therefore, 102,999,855 MAD.
The subscription period is scheduled for June 20 to 22, 2011, yet there is a possibility that it will close down earlier – on June 21, 2011 at 3.30PM.
