The biggest challenge for the telecommunication sector is the presence of 7 licenced telecom operators, which negatively affects the market. Thus, one of the major problem is the distribution of frequencies. With 5 operators and 7 granted licences and a population of 21 million the mobile market is over saturated. Multiple distributed licences and frequencies lead to quality problems.
