Mato Grosso, Brazil: When choosing a place to live, families look more and more for details which will make a difference on a daily basis. Within this new context, it is no longer natural to look at balconies as a simple annex or a place to hang clothes to dry. "From the economy segment to the high standards segment, these spaces work as social environments within the residences. Apart from providing better coexistence amongst the residents, verandas also offer financial benefits, because they guarantee that the property will go up in value," explains the relationship manager of Caixa Construções, Adriano Sirugi.

"Apartments with verandas have really influenced the choice of both families as well as investors. They have already noticed that, apart from raising the value of the apartment, a veranda provides more comfort in a tropical climate such as Cuiabá's and that is also enlarges environments," adds Siguri.

The ground floor and first floor will be allocated towards various entertainment options," points out the manager.

Meeting luxurious standards, Caixa Construções' vertical mansion, Forest Hill, contains verandas of 60 m², with a spa and churrasqueira (barbecue area). "The veranda is spacious, like all of the other rooms of the apartment and can be utilized in many different ways," tells Sirugi. There are five suites, one of them being a master suite, the apartments are 441.5 m² and there are several sophisticated leisure options in the common area such as: a putting green for golf, clay tennis courts, pools and much more.
