Headquartered in Djibouti and regulated by the Central Bank of Djibouti, the institution provides corporate, retail and diaspora banking services, together with asset financing, cards, electronic banking and payment solutions.

The bank has also played an important role in expanding technology based financial services in Djibouti and has developed a regional ambition extending across the Horn and East Africa.
