Great Horn Investment Holding is one of the most strategically important organisations in Djibouti. Established in 2016 and owned by the Djibouti Ports and Free Zones Authority, GHIH manages a portfolio of major national assets including Doraleh Multipurpose Port, SGTD, the ports of Tadjourah and Ghoubet, the Djibouti International Free Trade Zone and Air Djibouti. Its investments place the company at the centre of Djibouti’s ambition to become the principal logistics and commercial gateway to East Africa.
