Innovation in Real Estate in Cuiaba Attracts New Clients

Mato Grosso, Brazil: In the last few years the real estate market has gone through a vast expansion. There has been a greater concentration of new housing in states where the growth is also exponential.
In the capital of Mato Grosso, Cuiabá, for example, there is a housing deficit of 30,000 units, data measured in 2008 by Caixa Econômica Federal. According to data from Sinduscon/MT, with approximately 550,000 inhabitants, it is estimated that 15,000 units will be delivered to buyers this year.
Even with building options for all kinds of clientele, the construction companies have also invested in combining luxury and leisure in Cuiabá, especially in the northern part of the city. Locations that were once considered far away are now considered privileged locations thanks to the expansion of bridges and avenues, which permit easy and rapid access.
The union warns, however, that the demand is always growing, due to an economic growth of 10% per year in the state, new companies opening their doors and new professionals ending up moving to the capital, increasing the demand for more properties.
Designed specifically for these new residents, business men/women and small families, Della Rosa II Smart Life fits right into this new profile of housing, which has grown so much in Cuiabá. Launched at the end of last year, the building’s first tower was sold in less than a month, and 73% of the units in the second tower have already been sold.
The three blueprint options, with a loft, or one or two bedrooms attracts those people that prefer smaller spaces. However, the greatest differential is the pay-per-use system, in which a condo owner may make use of the services of a housekeeper, laundry, a convenience store and co-working offices and will only have to pay when he/she uses one of these facilities.
The creator of the project, Daniel Moreno, believes that when they introduced the pay-per-use system in Cuiabá, Caixa Construções reached a new clientele. “The building meets the demands of someone that doesn’t have a lot of time to worry about domestic chores and of families that are getting smaller and smaller.”
