Della Rosa: A new living concept in Cuibá, Mato Grosso

Mato Grosso, Brazil: Have you ever thought about living in an apartment where you can have everything you need by just a quick request on the intercom? This is the proposal of Della Rosa Smart Life. It offers housekeeping, convenience, laundry and co-working services to all residents and only those who use these services pay for them.

“The building meets the demands of residents who have little time to be worrying about domestic tasks and for the smaller families of today.”

Built with businessmen, small families and singletons in mind, the two units of Della Rosa fit into a new housing profile that we are seeing more and more in Cuiabá. Launched at the end of 2011, the first tower sold in less than a month with its expected handover date for this year. The second tower has just a few units available and will be handed over in 2014.

The three different floor plans of open loft, one or two bedrooms, attract those who prefer smaller spaces. Though, what really makes this building unique is its pay-per-use system for the varied services the condominium has to offer. “The building meets the demands of residents who have little time to be worrying about domestic tasks and for the smaller families of today”, tells project designer and director of Caixa Construções, Daniel Moreno.

According to Moreno, another important factor when planning the project was its location: “situated in the Santa Rosa region, the project is close to the Goiabeiras Shopping Mall, to the Big Lar and Hiper Modelo supermarkets and to the Gran Odara Hotel, Rosário pharmacy and Isaac Póvoas Avenue”.
