Caixa Construções website has a new mobile version
Caixa Construções has just made a new version of the construction company’s site available for access via mobile devices. The difference between the two versions is: the look of the site, how the content is displayed and how the information is organized.
Mato Grosso, Brazil: Technology has been invading people’s lives more and more within the last years. Cellphones, tablets, and other modern technological options are already a part of the daily life of all generations, even the older ones, which are starting to adapt to the novelties. With that in mind, access to the internet via mobile devices has also grown exponentially.
“The mobile version allows for a different experience, with more objectivity, easy reading and a simpler and easier to navigate layout.”
According to research done by the technology company Gartner, the number of visitors on a site coming from search engines using smartphones is four times greater now than in 2010. The study also reveals that one out of every three searches done via mobile devices is business related.
With an eye on these changes, Caixa Construções has just launched a new version of the construction company’s site available for access via mobile devices. The difference between the two versions is: the look of the site, how the content is displayed and how the information is organized.
The creator of the layout, Eloisa Gomes, reveals that the new system is adaptable to all of the different browsers, resolutions and technology of each device. “Apart from containing a differentiated layout, the mobile version is much faster and displays the content in a manner that helps the client find information that he/she is searching for faster,” she adds.
Wesley Sousa, the programmer responsible for building the site, reminds us that the interface for regular desktop version sites has been created for monitors with greater dimensions and not for screens that are only a few inches, which may make it difficult to navigate those sites. He believes that a client that is accessing a site via a cellphone or tablet is looking for objectivity. “The mobile version allows for a different experience, with more objectivity, easy reading and a simpler and easier to navigate layout,” he finalizes.
