Work on the development “The Point” which aims to bring together the business sector and the services sector in one unique space is going ahead at full throttle. The construction team has completed almost 100% of the brickwork for the 1st tower and work on the structural part of the 2nd tower is 50% completed. “We have also already begun construction of the parking area, which will provide 370 parking spaces, 90 of which will be rotating,” states Eleonora Alves, the engineer directly responsible for this commercial development.
The project
With three high speed elevators in each tower, the residents of the condominium and its visitors, won´t have to wait for the elevator to take them between floors. Furthermore, clients will be able to choose between rooms of 35m2 up to 238.98m2.
