Mato Grosso: Commercial Investments Stand Out More and Increase in Cuiabá
In Mato Grosso, according to data supplied by the Housing Union (Sindicato de Habitação do Estado, Secovi-MT), from the beginning of 2012 until 2015, 1,617 commercial units will be handed over to buyers, which are distributed amongst 12 towers.
Mato Grosso, Brazil: Keeping up with the state’s development and investments, the capital has expanded its real estate market in the last few years. New companies, businesses and even industries have contributed to a greater need in the commercial sector. This is also keeping up with the national tendency, since Brazil was considered the second best country for investments in commercial buildings according to the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (Afire).
“We strive to innovate and offer a differential to our clients. In this segment, “smart” buildings will make people’s busy daily lives easier, by offering countless different services in one place.”
In Mato Grosso, according to data supplied by the Housing Union (Sindicato de Habitação do Estado, Secovi-MT), from the beginning of 2012 until 2015, 1,617 commercial units will be handed over to buyers, which are distributed amongst 12 towers. Almost 50% of the units on offer were sold in less than a year.
Even with the offer of new projects, the deficit will continue to grow, considering that the arrival of new people and businesses is cyclical. Apart from that, this verticalization enables business niches of subcontracted services to all meet in one place, and attracts clients due to a constant circulation of consumers, practicality and security.
Paying close attention to this segment, which demands more and more comfort, the construction companies have developed concepts which prioritize convenience, modernity and quality of life at work. Termed “smarts”, the undertakings have combined corporate environments and services. “We strive to innovate and offer a differential to our clients. In this segment, “smart” buildings will make people’s busy daily lives easier, by offering countless different services in one place,” says the architect of Caixa Construções, Daniel Moreno.
As the creator of one of these “smart” projects, The Point Smart Business, Moreno, guarantees that the public is in search of differences in details, such as: parking spots, and travel time to the workplace. “I have planned a building with two low towers, with three elevators in each building and 370 parking spaces to make circulation easier for condominium owners and visitors,” he explains. Line ups at the elevators and tiring hunts for a parking space will not be the reality of these buildings.
Details of the project
The Point is already being built near the roundabout which leads to the Chapada and Guia highways, away from the main rush hour traffic locations, but near the Centro Político e Administrativo (Political and Administrative Centre) and the main means of easy access of the city. The size of the rooms will range from 40 to 600 m², and spaces on the ground floor will be utilized for services.
