Mato Grosso, Brazil: The real estate expansion in Cuiabá has been responding to the housing deficit which grew for many years. The commercial sector also has ended up suffering due to a lack of commercial units which need to meet the demands and new characteristics of business in the capital.
“There are several factors that contributed to The Point’s success in sales, such as the 370 parking spots, location and the boulevard of shops and services that the building is going to offer.”
Mato Grosso has been keeping up with the national trend, since in the first semester of this year; Brazil was considered the second best country for investments in commercial buildings according to the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (Afire).
A month ago, with an eye on this requirement within the local market, Caixa Construções launched its second commercial building, The Point Smart Business. The new undertaking has been well received in Cuiabá, having sold more than 1,300 m² within a 30 day period.
According to the construction company’s relationship manager, Adriano Sirugi, this number corresponds to almost 50% of the undertaking’s first tower. “There are several factors that contributed to The Point’s success in sales, such as the 370 parking spots, location and the boulevard of shops and services that the building is going to offer,” he points out.
Sirugi also believes that prioritizing conveniences, modernity and quality of life at work, by merging corporate environments and services is a huge trend that will be followed by future buildings. The manager reveals that the project is innovative even in its graphic material, “Which has also been a success on the market for clearly showing what it has to offer ‘With everything around it’ and the amount of time saved that this represents on a daily basis,” he adds.
Details of the project
The Point is already being built near the roundabout which leads to the Chapada and Guia highways, away from the main rush hour traffic locations, but near the Centro Político e Administrativo (Political and Administrative Centre) and the main means of easy access of the city. There will be two towers, composed of nine floors and three high-speed elevators. The size of the units will range from 40 to 236.58 m², and the ground floor space will be used for services.
