Jordana Remon Coubeche represents the new generation of one of Djibouti’s oldest and most important business families. Groupe Coubèche dates back to 1885, making it one of the country’s historic private enterprises.

Today the group operates through businesses including Coubèche Industries, Coubèche Distribution and Coubèche International Distribution. Its activities cover beverages, food distribution, logistics, retail and franchising. It bottles products for The Coca Cola Company and operates or develops brands and retail concepts in Djibouti. The group states that it employs approximately 800 people, making it the country’s largest private sector employer.

Jordana is currently identified by Choiseul Africa as Co Managing Director and Partner of Groupe Coubèche and ranked 13th in the Choiseul 100 Africa 2025 ranking of young African economic leaders.

Current business influence: Food and beverage manufacturing, Coca Cola bottling, distribution, logistics, supermarkets, retail and consumer goods.
