Mato Grosso, Brazil: With nearly 90% of units in both nine story towers sold, The Point Smart Business commercial development has delighted clients who have invested in this project. Launched at the end of 2012, the development boasts a strategic location, close to the Political and Administrative Centre and close to the access routes to the north of the state.

Adriano Sirugi, the Public Relations Manager at Caixa Construções states that the sales success is due to the many fine details that make up the project, such as location, competitive pricing, top quality material, parking spaces and elevators. “We only have a few more units available and the units that are in the advanced stages have already added value to the development,” he explains.

Work on the development “The Point” which aims to bring together the business sector and the services sector in one unique space is going ahead at full throttle. The construction team has completed almost 100% of the brickwork for the 1st tower and work on the structural part of the 2nd tower is 50% completed. “We have also already begun construction of the parking area, which will provide 370 parking spaces, 90 of which will be rotating,” states Eleonora Alves, the engineer directly responsible for this commercial development.

The project

With three high speed elevators in each tower, the residents of the condominium and its visitors, won´t have to wait for the elevator to take them between floors. Furthermore, clients will be able to choose between rooms of 35m2 up to 238.98m2.

With horizontal navigation, the hotsite shows images of the various options of services available. “The idea is to make the client feel as though they are inside the building so that they can get a sense of the time that they can save by having everything in one place, without having to take their car out of the garage” states the Marketing Director of Caixa Constructions, Juliana Reis.
