Nassef Sawiris

Nassef Sawiris is an Egyptian billionaire businessman and the CEO of Orascom Construction Industries (OCI), one of Egypt’s largest publicly traded companies. He was born in 1961, in Egypt, into the prominent Sawiris family, which is known for its business ventures in various sectors including construction, telecommunications, and tourism. Nassef Sawiris is also known for his significant investments in various industries, including cement, chemicals, and fertilizers, through his investment firm, NNS Holding. He has been consistently ranked among the wealthiest individuals globally by Forbes magazine. Additionally, Sawiris is involved in philanthropic endeavors through the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development, which focuses on education, healthcare, and community development projects in Egypt.
