But for Paola Bruce, the administrative assistant at Caixa Construções (Caixa Constructions), this is not a problem. The visits to the construction sites and her numerous daily tasks mean she forgets about the frenetic pace and she's happy.

"They can access the site everyday and there are always new updates. I also follow and publish all the new trends and behavior in the sector," said the Secretary for Caixa Construções, Kelly Pinheiro.

Discounts on medication and dental plans are new deals that the company has signed to ensure health benefits for their employees. It is now possible to buy medicine with 10% discount through payroll and take care of oral health at no extra expense. Caixa Construções fully subsidizes the costs for their employees enrolled in the health plan benefit.
