Manama, Bahrain: Batelco, the leading telecom in Middle East, considers its staff as its most important asset and accordingly encourages each employee to avail of the many opportunities presented by its Training Centre.
In line with this aim, Batelco Training Centre was very proud to offer the seminar, “Success Through Innovation and Creativity”, featuring world-renowned speaker Randall Munson, one of the world’s greatest business mentors.

The seminar, arranged in partnership with Bahrain International Retail Development Centre (BIRD), was filled to capacity at the Batelco Staff Centre and was open to all Batelco employees to attend.
Corporate executive, best-selling author, educator, and entertainer Randall Munson delivered an informative and entertaining presentation that utilised the tools of humour, games and logic, paired with magical effects that illustrated the ideas and locked them into the listener’s mind.
Participants gained a fresh approach to problem-solving and a renewed confidence in their own creative capabilities.
“We were very happy to have Randall Munson here exclusively for all Batelco staff to share his expertise in creativity, particularly as it forms part of Batelco’s culture as one of the Company’s 6 values,” said Batelco General Manager Human Resources Bahrain Suhaila Alnowakhda.

This is the first event of its kind and due to its success, it is hoped to hold further events with internationally recognised speakers.
