According to the professional, who is attending her 3rd semester of Management training, every week an improvement or benefit is announced by the company in order to ensure the well being of employees in and out of service.

The ‘Employee Space’ brings together materials, event coverage, photos, trivia, surveys, downloads and a radio channel to help the employees relax. “They can access the site everyday and there are always new updates. I also follow and publish all the new trends and behavior in the sector,” said the Secretary for Caixa Construções, Kelly Pinheiro.

Discounts on medication and dental plans are new deals that the company has signed to ensure health benefits for their employees. It is now possible to buy medicine with 10% discount through payroll and take care of oral health at no extra expense. Caixa Construções fully subsidizes the costs for their employees enrolled in the health plan benefit.

“There are not many companies out there who bother to give this assistance to their employees, who essentially are the cornerstones of a company,” declares the Administrations Manager of the construction company.
