Mato Grosso, Brazil: The Longevittá Clinic, this International Women´s Day, wants to more than ever delight your palates in a healthy and interactive way. Next Saturday the 8th of March, together with Bárbara Mamede of @dietasemsofrer, Longevittá will hold the first healthy cooking seminar and a practical tasting and fitness workshop.

The event will take place in the Clinic and will be opened at 8:30am by the doctor, lecturer and founder of Longevittá, Dr Paulo Salustiano.

Throughout the morning he will offer participants information and tastings of healthy products and practices such as juice for diabetics, green banana fruit salad and cassava “escondidinho” pies amongst others.

Rayana and Bruno, representatives of @SabordeAnis, Caroline Cardoso and Silvia of @Anabolize and Natália Aguiar of @ideiasfit, will also be present to offer their healthiest menus.

After the workshops there will be a Tasting Workshop for visitors. To participate, all you have to do is bring 1kg of non-perishable food. You may register by telephone at (065) 3623-0004.
